How to ship your control board to us

To send us your controller, please fill out and submit our online shipping form below. This will send us an email with your information so that we can enter you into our system. After you submit, you will be provided with a link to a printable form. Please print it and include it with your shipment. Carefully package your board in bubble wrap and a suitable box, then ship via your favorite courier or post office to:

FixYourBoard.com, LLC warrants this repair to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of paid invoice. Liability is limited to repair of the part described herein when returned to our facility, transportation prepaid, and subject to our inspection approval. Misuse or mishandling of said repair part will not be subject to warranty repair. Parts returned but determined to have No-Fault-Found will be subject to return shipping and bench fees.
